Okay, I feel kind of dumb asking this but my OG was 1032 on a (lol!) coopers lager. I for the heck of it added 250 small brewers best carbonation tabs right after adding the yeast. Will this raise my ABV or ruin the beer?! Any comments would help. I'm a noob I guess... :-(

As in yes, it's ruined or yes I can without ruining the beer

sorry for the repost... was posting from my iphone. its a bit buggy with this website.

You should be good. I added 1 lbs of cane sugar to an America ipa OG level at the end was 1068 abv. The brew time went from 14 days to 19 days in the primary. Turned out great.

Big waste of money instead of just adding some table sugar, but shouldn't destroy your beer. Taste might not be great with a significant proportion of sugar, but maybe OK.
