I have 6 gals of APA in my 15 gal conical @ 30F, all ready for gelatin. In the past I have applied a couple PSI of CO2 while I remove a 3" TC fitting and pour it in. I was trying to minimize O2 exposure.
I have a yeast brink which I could use to inject it from the bottom, but I don't know if it would be equally effective that way.
Does it need to be poured on top if the beer so it can diffuse down through the conical? Or can I just dump the cone and bubble it up out of the brink w/ CO2?
