Hey all - I'm new to kegging and following instructions from the homebrew shop I put my c02, keg and regulator in the freezer. The condensation from the freezer builds up on the regulator and I just wanted to ensure that isn't a problem?

Also, the c02 gauge reads about 450-500psi and says "order gas". Temp control avg is 36. don't hear or see any leaks when spraying star San. Normal?

Thanks,

Condensation is fine. It will read lower when in the fridge. You are saying freezer, but I think you mean you are using the freezer as a fridge?

I keep my tanks in the fridge. Works out fine.

As far as gauges dropping in pressure, yes, they'll do that. If you set the regulator to 10psi at room temperature then toss it in the fridge it'll drop a few pounds after it cools down. That's normal. Just adjust it back to 10 after it's cold.
