Going to brew an IPA this weekend and would like some input on my recipe. I've tweaked it several times but would like final confirmation. My goal is basically to make a solid, C-hopped IPA. This recipe is somewhat based off of the Stone IPA recipes out there. My hops are fresh 2012 whole leaf hops.

This is for an 8 gallon batch:

1 lb Crystal 10 steeping grains

5 lbs Golden DME early
5 lbs Golden DME late, 1 lb sugar late addition
1.060 expected OG in 8 gallons

0.8 oz Columbus (17.1%) at 60 min
1.33 oz Centennial (11.5%) at 15 min
1.33 oz Centennial (11.5%) at 10 min
1.33 oz Centennial (11.5%) at 5 min
3 oz Centennial dry hop
1.5 oz Chinook dry hop

Thanks!

Yeast is actually going to be split, 5 gallons will be a Belgian IPA with 3522 and 3 gallons will be with 1056. Similar to how Stone turns their IPA into Cali-Belgique. Toyed with doing two Belgian yeasts but then decided to do the 1056 as a "control" to see how I did with the goal of starting with a solid, C-hopped American IPA.
