I'm in the rather fortunate position of having about 2oz/3oz of Centennial/Cascade available and I'm planning to add 4oz of Citra to that collection and I think I'll brew myself a sessionable American Pale to showcase those hops.
Here's my tentative recipe for a 20 litre batch based on malts easily available to me here in the UK. Apologies for the odd numbers, they come out round when I convert to metric.
What I'm aiming for is to combine the best of American pales (your wonderful hops) with the best of English pales (our malts and burton yeast). The oats and wheat are there to give a silky mouthfeel and good head retention. Caramalt is kept low and light to avoid stealing the show from the hops.
Does that look reasonable enough to you? I read that Citra should be kept to a lower ratio than Cascade/Centennial to avoid overpowering them. I also kept the Centennial for bittering and flavouring to stop it overwhelming the Cascade at the 1 min and dry hop stages.
