buying hops in UK

Hello, does anybody know of a UK source for hops direct from the farm, as I am not happy with the quality of packaged hops, I feel they could be one or even 2 years old.

Don't know direct from farm sources, but at Hop and Grape, they list the harvest year on their website. I use the silver packs (brupaks) regularly with great results. I've used Simcoe, Crystal, Amarillo, Nelson Sauvin, Pacific Gem and Riwaka from them and have loved all of them.
