Burner Issues

I just bought a used Craigslist Bayou Classic Burner. And I'm having trouble getting it ready.

It's meant to be propane, he had at some point converted it to all natural gas, and was quitting homebrewing, so he was selling, it was only 15$.

The first picture is how the burner looks now.

The second picture is the air shutter, and an orifice for the old burner, that's not needed anymore.

The third picture is an orifice I bought Amazon, but it's still missing a piece.

Will this work? Or do I need something else?

You'll need a gas hose to get the burner away from tank.

You could also look in the big box stores for replacement hose and reg. for turkey fryer. They have an adjustable reg. so you will not have fine adjustment of the needle valve.

I need something to connect in though. The packaged orifice won't connect in past the air shutter.

I have the same burner and converted to natural gas and back to propane. I've attached a couple pics - one from manual and the regulator that comes with the product. Maybe this will give you a visual of how its setup.

This part is appears to be a different size than the orifice you purchased. I bought the natural gas valve to use on mine. I'm assuming this propane version would fit mine as well, and maybe it fits yours:
