Hey All,
I just finished my Brutus build with keggles and 3 BG-14 burners. I did a test run last weekend and I was wondering what how far do ya'll space your burners from the bottom of your keggles?

Thanks!

There are lots of threads on this subject with test results, give the search a try.

In the mean time, everyones rig works a bit different my burners are around 2" away from the keggle.

Mine are further away with a heat shroud/wind screen... more like 4".
Using these with keggles is tricky... the flame wants to roll out and come out the holes in the skirt of the keg. You'll need to make heat guards for all the valves, sight glasses, etc. It will melt the plastic cup in a ball valve.
