Good luck on the fries! I tried the Joel Robuchon method the first time, and was not a fan. The other time I did the double fry method which IMHO was a big improvement.I’m making burgers tonight along with my first attempt at homemade fries. I’ll try to get better pics than is usual for me.![]()

Love Racer 5, haven't seen it locally for several years though.Sauteed some leftover mushrooms on the Blackstone to add to the double burger last night. Plus onion straws and a Racer 5.
