Hey guys, I'm trying to convert my rectangular 48 qt coleman cooler into a mashtun. I figured I would just go to bargainfittings and get everything in one place to convert it. Would someone be able to make sure I'm getting everything I need for me? I'm getting the New Weldless Keg/Cooler bulkhead kit http://www.bargainfittings.com/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=147 with a 2 piece SS ball valve, and a 1/2" Male NPT hose barb. I was also going to pick up the SS Mash braid http://www.bargainfittings.com/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=96, but I don't know if I'm supposed to get the male or female version. Any help on that part? Also, am I missing anything else I'll need to convert it? Thanks guys!

I can appreciate how you want to get specialized items for the conversion but everything can be had at your local Home Depot or Lowes or Miers or what ever home improvement store is in your area. $14 for that braided line plus shipping is outrageous.
You're gonna need: A braided Stainless Steel water supply line. 3/4" SS washer. 3/4" Zinc Washer. 1/2" x 2" or 2.5 " brass nipple.(to pass thru the cooler. This cannot be too long. so 2" or longer but not like 3 feet. just 2-3") 1/2" ball valve. 1/2" hose Barb Adapter (1/2" barb x 1/2" FTP). S/S hose clamps. Teflon tape.
