Bucket v.s. conical v.s. unitank

I would love a 30 gallon tank in a fridge filled with water next to the boil kettle. Maybe even 20 gallon. But to have sub 35F water year round you could reuse would be unfair. Now I just carry (or cart) out 9-11 gallons in tubs. Works well for the last 30 or so degrees, but to have it all chilled would be great here in Texas.
