In the Grain Bill Input sheet there is a Special Note for Rahr base malts to add 3L to account for the additional acidity of Rahr base malts. Is this true? I kinda remember a post a long time ago by AJ or someone that questioned this.

I was verifying that the Rahr Pale Ale is more acidic because I have a brew planned with 85% Rahr, 7% Crystal 90, and 8% Roasted chocolate, so increasing the Rahr from 3.5 to 6.5L drops the estimated pH by almost .1. I thought I remembered a post by AJ that questioned that. I see from the post that Martin did some testing with the Rahr base malts, so I'll go ahead and add the 3L. Thanks for the reply.
