Hiya! Remove the 30m addition to reduce the IBUs a little bit. Do you have any more BX? You could add 1oz at 5m as well as dry hop. You should aim at a bit more hop character and less bitterness as such. Target / BX sounds like a good combo.
 
It's a tad strong for my taste in golden ales, although it's not out of style

I would use enough target at 60mins to get 30 IBUs, then if you have a bit left it's quite good as a dry hop

I tend to use about 100g of hops for flavour/aroma in golden ales, which is about 3 and a bit oz. If they are stronger in AA then I'd reduce the bittering addition accordingly

If you've only got an oz each of Bx and fuggles I would just use them all as boil additions and forgo the dryhop with them. You should still get a decent golden ale out of it. But that's just me :)
