Thanks!

It's so much cheaper making bulk hops purchases. I hate leaving them sit in the freezer for months. But I'm only one person. i can only drink so much.

My bulk clean out IPA consisted of Columbus, Amarillo , Mosaic, Nelson , and Galaxy. I can’t wait to try it next weekend.

Well I have a pound each of Citra, Cascade and Amarillo in my freezer. I'd like to do an IPA using all 3 of them, and posted a thread asking for some input. In the past, my IPAs have usually used only 1 or 2 hops.

BTW, I'm a big fan of Idaho 7, and I brewed an APA last year using only those hops.

I made a Triticale/007 based beer several sessions ago.

It came off as overly bitter.

It's the reason I cut the 007 bittering addition to 1 oz. in this. Dry hopped with 2 oz. each of Chinook and Centennial 2 days ago. I'll know in two weeks if it worked out.
