My wife and I are going to Seattle, WA for a Christmas vacation. We both like brewpubs but since my wife was diagnosed with Celiac they aren't as fun as they used to be.
We did visit Deschutes in Portland, OR a year and a half ago and they had a great GF beer on tap. And a local brewpub (5 Seasons) as a nice GF beer as well.
So, where should we visit in Seattle?
