Built a DIY Glycol chiller and no longer require my BrewPi or supporting fermentation chamber parts.
BrewPi will keep your fermentation temperature in a tolerance of a tenth of a degree. You can also set it and forget it. Pre-program your entire fermentation! This is an excellent way to create the perfect lager as you do not have to remember to change the temperature every day for a diacetyl rest and performs a gentle drop to the lager temp. I have received two first place category medals in the local competitions with this system!
BrewPi - $175
- Two regular length temp probes, waterproof (Room temp & Chamber temp)
- One Extra Long temp probe, waterproof (Beer temp)
- Raspberry PI 3 - included
- Heater - included
- Fridge - included, you must pick it up
