Hi all.
Hope this is the right forum...
So I have a 'Harvest Pilsner' 1 can lager kit to make up and I decided to get some Youngs Lager yeast (doesn't mention what strain) to use instead of the Ale yeast it can with. Does anyone have any guidance on the best way to brew using it? I know I have to keep it at a lower temp and I know it takes longer but I'm not sure what process to use.
