Hi - We live in North Central Idaho, retired 6 years ago and making our very first batch of Apple Jack. We first experienced apple jack when we won it in a raffle. OMG! So delicious. We have tons of wild apple trees on our property, so we decided to give it a try. We are now into day 22 of the primary fermentation, and I'll be posting a question in the newbie section.
