Brewing Midwest's Boundary Waters Wheat for the summer. Was thinking I wanted to infuse a hint of orange into it. What's the best way to accomplish this?

Zest in the boil, or zest in a little vodka, then added to the fermenter or bottling bucket. The vodka sanitizes it and the high alcohol will help extract the oils.

+1 and I used the zest of 4 large navel oranges. Was a nice orange flavor. Oh I left in the zest in for all of primary.

Edit: I have added the juice and racked the beer on top of it with multiple summer/wheat beers.

Thanks for the info. Wasn't sure how much to use. Like all homebrewing questions there's a lot of different answers.
