There was a post last year about what was on your brewing Christmas list. I'd like to revive the thread with a little more structure. (for reference: https://www.homebrewtalk.com/f14/what-your-homebrew-equipment-christmas-list-441986/ ).

What would you put on your Christmas list (or birthday list or other gift giving holiday list) for brewing supplies? This could be capital equipment (beer gun), operating items (PBW), or anything else like that (subscription to BYO). Please include as much of the following information that you can to make it easier for everybody to assist those who might not be as familiar with the item as you are:

Expected cost
If it isn't a specific model, any features that you want to make sure it has
Links to examples of the product
Any other information that might helped a non-brewing family member make a wise purchase

Only things I've really wanted to change I already did in the past month. Bottling to kegging, autosiphon clamp, upgraded my chiller, got a thief, got a bigger kettle, got a wilser BIAB bag+ratchet+hopbag+dryhopbag, got two heat sticks.

Everything else will have to wait till I'm out of the apartment and have a more dedicated brewing spot, at which time I'd like to go all electric, get a tippy dumpy like yooper, maybe get a sterile siphon starter to replace the autosiphon, and get a ceiling hook for the ratchet to pull the grain bag after the mash.

Got a wooden sixpack carrier for my birthday. Pretty neat, but doesn't fit some sizes of 12oz, or stubbies, and of course no 350ml, 550ml, or 22oz. I might make some more modular ones that can fit any size in the future.

I'd REALLY like a dedicated location for brewing, storage, and fermenting but no longer have that option so everythings sprawled around the apartment where the SWMBO allows me to have it. Pegboard with hoses and stuff, storage rack with pull out boxes (like garage nail/screw trays) bookshelf for storing large stuff (kettle, carboy, buckets not in use), and a dedicated fermentation chamber.

Gift ideas I might like still
refractometer
another keg
cool custom tap handles
brewery name/logo engraved in some stuff.
wooden beer mug
