Going to brew my first batch (accualy 3 batches) in two years. Needless to say I'm excited. One of my buddies wants to see how the magic happens (witchcraft as he puts it). Have all my ingredients, had to re build or replace most of my set up so these batches will be getting things tuned in. I will post my recipes when I get home from work to see what you fine folks think. Any input is greatly appreciated.

Awesome.. I know the feeling - I took 4-5 years off at one point when things just got too busy and hectic. When I got the itch to brew again, and got a couple new batches going, it was off to the races and have not looked back since then. Enjoy
