I brewed a bunch of extract/partial but thought I would try all-grain. I found a local supplier who I never even knew existed. Bobby, from BrewHardware.com went through what I would need for BIAB, and that was my birthday present. Before I tried the first batch, I took one of Bobby's all grain classes. Then he hooked me up with the ingredients for an Oatmeal Stout. I kegged it, force carbonated it, and it came out awesome. I can't tell you how awesome it is having Bobby local, and I bug the s#@t out of him every week now. Today I'm brewing an American Pale Ale that I already screwed up by too high mash temp. Oh well.

Just thought I would post kudos for a good guy.

Bobby is a class act with the best fittings in the business.
The only reason I would live in Jersey. :sly:
