Kruski killed it! Box was shipped to my work address and arrived yesterday on my day off. It sat there staring at me all day until I finally opened it around 4:30.

Just walked out of FedEx. Looks like a two day transit for my box.

Heading out of town for work for a couple days, then long weekend. I will be picking up my box in another country next Tuesday if it lands before then. Ideally any freshies will still be much enjoyable with a couple days cellar'd in the D.

I put that KBS shirt in my box going out tomorrow, but it won't fit my target. As they say, "happy wife, happy life"!

I could not wait to get home and tear into my box. Below is a summary of goodies and some pics.

Wow, wow, wow, thank you very much Mr. Millard. This was overly generous and you made my day. My last two glass-BIF gifters have absolutely blown me away.

Chuck knows how to to play this game very well. He hit some of my biggest wants and some stuff that I have wanted but didn't list on my google doc. This box has goodies from coast to coast.

Lets start off with the swag. A hand written note, some various coaster and stickers, New Holland Spirits tin tacker and glencairn (really wanted both of these when i saw it posted months ago), coozie, and an Elemental Brewing Company T-shirt (hint, hint)

Onto the beers: HotD Ruth and Collage no.1 / Tired Hands Only Void (rye whiskey aged Imperial Stout)

Now by this point I was super excited seeing the Element and HotD, hoping there may be matching glasses to be revealed under all that carefully placed bubble wrap. Booyah!

HotD stemmed taster = huge want = bullys rule
Dangerous Man snifter = huge want = love the beards
Element Brewing Company beaker = biggest want = beer is art is science
Hill Farmstead large stemmed = want = classic great looking glass
Sierra Nevada tulip / ceramic mug = awesome because my other coffee is a beer and I am quite the bigfoot fan. I am a ceramic fan and have a Founders mug like this and can vouch they are awesome coffee mugs

Big ass box on its way and landing Friday. Glad I did not throw any "beard" glasses in his box. He may have one of those already.

Box is fully packed, taping the shipping label on now. There is a 7th glass in the box (it is a small taster) that was a gift from another Chicagoan.

Also, there are 2 pairs of matching glasses. In both cases it is the model of glass that matches, not the brewery.

3 beers inside which can all be domed #proper.

On a separate note, I got a notification from FedEx that I have a package landing tomorrow. Hoping it is from someone in this BIF!

Still working today, but I stopped for a minute to run home and open the box. Low and behold, it was from Eli323232 with some new glass!

*Mother Earth Snifter - Should have been a want. Really nice glass. Now I need to get a beer to break it in properly! I don't think I've ever had a beer from them.
*Prairie Teku and Prairie tshirt! I've never seen one of the Teku 1.0s in person.
*Duck Rabbit Snifter and Baltic Porter - Even the pictures match, #extraproper!
*Sweetwater Snifter and Happy Ending. Another nice local from that part of the country.
*Terrapin Barrel Glass and Hopzilla! - I had a different Terrapin glass on my wants list but this one is even better!
*Birdsong snifter - I had only ever seen this one once, never heard this place, another one I'll have to get a beer from. Very cool.
