My name is Ruby. I have done 2x 20L brews of cider. The second one i done on my own. The first i done with my older brother (experienced brewer) i pressed my own pears [first press 3L : second press 5L] and then I added unpreserved apple juice to make the rest of the 20 and so on... what i want to make next is a sour cider! I just need to know how? Any advice appreciated
