Hi,
First, thanks to everyone who take part in this forum. It has been a great ressource over the years to answer many many questions I have had... But now I have a question I do not seem to find the answer...
I just bought a SS brewbucket. Love it so far, with the racking arm, etc. My main question is linked to how do I go from there.
Previously, I always fermented in a plastic bucket, rack the beer in a carboy, then when I was ready to bottle, syphon it back into the bucket, add priming sugar and bottle... I know, many steps... too many in fact. kegging is not an option for me as I don't have the beer fridge space, etc.
So with my brewbucket, I was thinking I could skip the racking in the carboy, and only have to put my beer in a bucket in order to add priming sugar, followed by bottling. Does that make sense? Could I even add the priming sugar in the brewbucket and just bottle straight from it?
What are your thoughts? I brewed yesterday and would love an answer before next weekend...
Cheers
