This build is ever evolving as I slowly build my equipment list. Each new piece brings better quality and consistency. Originally the Stand worked great as a Gravity Fed modified 3 tier system. I drained off the MLT and dump into the BK.
I have moved on to single tier. 2 pumps, 2 burners, New Spike 15gal Kettle.
Fermentation is still just ambient until I find a house with more space. I had a freezer chamber but it died and don't have space now to replace it.

MLT: 10Gal Round Cooler with Morebeer SS False bottom and Homebuilt bulkhead. Spinning Sparge Arm (Hand me down)
Stand: Unistrut build. - Beer Bottling Gear: Basic Bottling Wand in a Cobra Tap from Kegs
- Fermentation Vessels and Equipment: 7 Gal Fermenters. (no temp ctrl)
- Wort Chillers: Homemade Counterflow Chiller
- Plumbing, Pumps and Hardware: ElCheapo "Solar Pump" for an HLT pump March 809 for wort side pumping.
- Measuring, Testing,& Stirring Devices: Refractometer, Hydrometer, SS mashpaddle, BeerSmith Software
- Yeast Equipment: (2x) 2L Flasks on a homebuilt double Stirplate.
- Cleansers and Sanitizers: PBW and Starsan. Starsan permanetly on hand in HomeDepot spray bottles and large bucket.
