hi guys i have a few all grain brews under my belt and recently made an american wheat that I am not too pleased with. The recipe was the basic american wheat from Classic styles. I carefully sanitize but the finished product has a slightly musky taste-both kegs of it. the only difference between this and previous processes was that this time I uses a hop spider-could that flavor come from the paint strainer bag used? Other than that i did not particularly recall any process flaws-thanks
