I hosted a brew-a-thon yesterday, where we had a few brewers from our homebrew club come out and make a few batches at once in the garage. I made an IPA and was planing on doing an ESB today. However, the folks from the club convinced me to do it back to back. So, after completing my 2nd batch (the ESB), they said I should keep going and do a 3rd. I remember saying something like..."Two batches. Hell, I can brew three." We ended up throwing together the following items to make a Frankenstein beer. Three batches in under 12 hours!

Terra Firma Ale (dropped half the bag of 2 row on the floor)

OG 1.050

Mash at 152 degrees:
.75 lbs Victory
.75 lbs Caramel 120L
4 oz Special B
5 -6 lbs of two row (cant read the drunken handwriting very well)

Extract late addition (10 min):
1 lb Amber DME
.50 lb Wheat DME

Hops (all homegrown leaf, except 369, leaf also)
1/2 oz mystery hops @ 60 min (home grown, but no idea what they are)
1/2 oz mystery @ 10 min
1/8 oz cascade @ 2 min
1/4 oz Chinook @ 2 min
1 oz 3-6-9 @ 2 min

This batch smelled fantastic!

Used Safale-05 for yeast
