Maybe I'm behind on the times (or maybe just had too many beers tonight)-- What's the third copper pipe coming out of your chiller?

Good eye... not part of the chiller, that is my wort aeration ring...
https://www.homebrewtalk.com/f51/wort-o2-infusion-ring-420151/

it is cleaned, sanitized and dropped in the boiling wart with about 15min left to go..
It goes in first, then the chiller on top.

Just for a last ditch sanitation in the boiling wort..

Once the boil is done I use the pre chiller in ice, hooked to the chiller in the wort to cool... yesterday was warm, so it took me 17 min to go from boiling to 76 deg F.
Once cooled the chiller comes out, and aeration ring still in the pot is hooked to the air line (with a HEPA filter between it and the O2 tank)

60 sec of pure O2 vigorously bubbling up the wort, and off it goes to the primary.
