About 1 1/2 months ago i brewed up a wheat beer and i primary fermented it with brett yeast. It bubbled away there at first and the krausen came and went. I checked on it yesterday to see how things were going, and it is starting to get a thin little pellicle on there. Exciting! I havent sampled it yet and i was wanting to throw in some blueberries.
Is that a bad idea at this point? i would like to get some freshly picked bloobs into the beer if it isnt going to ruin it. I wasnt planning on racking it into a secondary, just dropping the bloobs right in. Another bad idea?
