Does anyone have a tried and true bourbon stout recipe that they can share? I would like to avoid ordering a kit online if possible, and pick up all of the ingredients at the local home brew store, thus my request for a recipe. My preference is towards bourbon stouts that are heavy on the vanilla flavor, so I will probably add a few fresh, scraped beans from the farmers market. I appreciate any help or advice you have on the subject.

Try going to your lhbs and asking them if they have a recipe, or can at least point you in the right direction. Lhbs's usually sell their own ingredient kits, so they should be able to point you in the right direction.
