I brew a Oktoberfest the 26th of November. It's lagering since 26th of December at 1 degree.
It's my first time i am able to control tge temperature so i would like to know when i will be ready to bottle do i bring the temperature up to room temperature slowly 2-3 degrees per day?
 
Slow temperature ramps are performed to avoid stressing the yeast. There is no reason to be concerned about that now. Bottle the beer cold, then immediately move it to a warm space for carbonating.
