In a brief (although large) moment of stupidity, I was bottling the rest of a keg so I could empty a carboy and I forgot to sanitize some of the bottles. I use a beer gun and the bottles were rinsed and chilled, but I forgot until about half way through to sanitize them. I even had a full bucket of sanitizer right next to me, but that's another issue. Anyway, I have no way of knowing which bottles were or were not sanitized. The beer was already carbonated and should have minimal yeast. What should I expect from these? Shoud i drink them sooner ratehr than later to mininmize any issues?

Thanks

Keep them cold and you should be fine. If they where dirty you might have a problem, but most, if not all, should be fine unsanitized.

Thanks...hopefully they'll be ok. It's only about 12-13 and maybe half or so were not sanitized. It was not my best batch anyway, hence having left overs at kegging time.

+2 or whatever it is on don't sweat it...I would, however, keep them all in the fridge, that will minimize any chance of issue.
