I have brewed a London bitter from a brupak and it fermented for the 10 days.
I did not take a reading to start as I did not have a hygrometer at the time .
I'm a little unsure if I should just bottle it or if I took a reading now what would be a good number to look for ?

A stable number across 3-4 days would be a good number to look for, to ensure you don't get bottle bombs.
