I have a beer I split in two, and fermented one with Belgian yeast, and the second also with Belgain yeast+ WL-sour blend. now that the sour beer is done, I want to blend the two beers 50/50 and bottle them up to age.
The FG of the sour is 1.004 and the non soured is 1.011. If i blend the two beers and then bottle, what are the risks for bombs? I plan on force carbonating to 1.5% then bottling, and store at 42ºF for 6 months to a year.
