Hey there, new to all of this and was just curious if anybody knows if this is actually a vintage bottle capper? Recently acquired it and was told so but cant seem to find any that are similar? It stands roughly 3 ft tall. Thanks in advance!

I googled Mondial Bottle corker and an image came up of a device that looks very close except in red.
