Hello! I am new to All Grain brewing, on my second batch now! I was wondering for the boil, when it says to boil for 60mins, do I have to bring my wort to a full boil then start the time, or start the time right away?

You start the timer when you reach a full boil, and that is generally when you add your first hops (the 60 minute hops).

I start the 60 minutes after the foam is under control and I add my first hop addition (if it is at 60 minutes).
