I’m competing in a Body Building competition in two weeks. For those of you who don’t know, you have to diet for months for these things weighing out each gram and calculating each meal's macro nutrients. Not to mention the workouts!

The Dilemma? I’m F*ing starving! and I have a hard cider nearing end of it's primary.

Aside from my cider, what would be your first Binge meal or food after competition day?

My go-to is attached :tank:

This is definitely not a brewing problem unless you meant that a problem was brewing with you being starving. I am not a body builder but I would never starve myself for any "sport" whatsoever.

I don't binge eat ever but my go-to when I want to get my grub on would be BBQ, wings and beer, or really great tacos.

People who do this kind of thing for a sport are very dedicated to it. Me? I play disc golf. I got kind of thirsty once.

I will totally pig out on boiled crawfish. Like a machine with an appetite.

Yes, a poor play on words. Ha.
Oh man, tacos with chile con queso and a bucket of modelo's sounds pretty good!

I haven't dabbled too much with crawfish but I bet I would love them I like all other types of shellfish.

Hungry guy starting a delicious food list may have been a mistake...

That said, when I used to wrestle, at the end of the season it was a giant hamburger with onion rings from a place in town.
One year I gained 20lbs in 2 weeks after the season and didn't look like I'd put on a pound.

Oh wrestling... I wrestled for years! Miss the feeling not cutting weight.

I will be eating a burger. Within hours of finishing the competition.

Keep that metabolism guessing rite??

-cheers!

I feel your pain. I've been working on changing my evil ways and as of yesterday am finally back down to the weight I was when I was 22 (238lbs) ... though it's definitely not as tight as getting ready for a competition; I do remember those days of rinsing water-packed tuna in a bowl of water and wringing it dry to get the excess sodium out. Been there even if it was long ago.

What would be my first binge meal? ... For me it would be more a binge crawl than a binge meal.
First a stop at the Irish Pub for a pint of cider, a shot of Grouse, some pickled eggs & pickled sausages, followed by a few pints of stout. Then on maybe to somewhere for some Italian Nachos, and then back home for a full out barbque with friends ... ribs, steak pieces, sausage pieces, rumaki on the grill, garlic bread and spinach souffle.

Italian Nachos ...

You've got this down! I went to Penny Black in rochester and loaded up on Texas tots, baked Mac N Cheese, Ribs, Pulled Pork and Two Hearted's. Damn was it good! Followed the next day with Pulled Pork Nacho's in Detroit!
