Im competing in a Body Building competition in two weeks. For those of you who dont know, you have to diet for months for these things weighing out each gram and calculating each meal's macro nutrients. Not to mention the workouts!
The Dilemma? Im F*ing starving! and I have a hard cider nearing end of it's primary.
Aside from my cider, what would be your first Binge meal or food after competition day?
