Does anyone know where i can find a PM version of BM's centennial blonde? I made it to page 15 or 16 of the recipe thread, but I didn't see it. Can i just use the same specialty grains, and sub DME for the 2 row? I'm at work so I can't run it through the software, but I would like to pick up the ingredients ASAP.

So it would be....

5# of extra light DME
.75 Cara-Pils
.50 Crystal 10
.50 Vienna

...and the Same hops he used.

Or would it be closer to 4# DME?

So the recipe would be:

3.3# Extra Light DME
2# Pale Malt 2-Row
.75# Cara-Pils
.50# Crystal 10
.50# Vienna

And then the same Centennial/Cascade schedule that BM uses.

That's more along the lines of what I am trying to do. I want it to get as much benefit from mashing as possible.

Thanks for the help, and the link Bithead.

5 lbs pale malt = 3.75 for LME. 3.3 lbs if using DME.
