So its been 3 days since I've added bluberrys and peaches to my cyser. The cyser itself was going for about 1 week before I added the fruit. I have a large mass of fruit at the top of the carboy and I'm curious if I should degass or just leave it alone. Or if there is anything else I should be doing.
My plan now is just to let it set for another week and a half before I re rack and strain out the juices
