Blonde Ale

I've got a great blonde in the fermenter right now and I'm looking to mix it up. Done a coffee blonde with coffee beans in the secondary. Strawberry extract done that too. Also have used fresh. All great looking for another twist any suggestions?

I like the habanero approach guidance to how to do it with the mangoes? Is there an extract I can get? Puree them and the habs with pectinaze?
