Blichmann Tower of Power Error Code 6160 / rr

Does anyone know what this means on the blichmann tower of power unit. Its been running terribly and this code pops up occasionally. Sometimes the unit just shuts off all together. Other times it just shoots 20 degrees past the set point. Nothing has been damaged on the unit. Looking for some help. I haven't been able to find anything on this anywhere on the web.

Wouldn't Blichmann have support for these?

I did submit to them also. They stated 5-7 business days for an answer, but their webpage states they don't offer support for the tower of power. The warranty is one year and I have had this for 18 months or so. I am trying to plan ahead so I can get back on track as quick as possible. Just wondering if anyone has dealt with this and if it was a quick fix.

Got a response from Blichmann. They stated they have seen this error in a limited number of units. They will repair it or replace it. They are even paying for shipping which is amazing in this day and age. I have a few other Blichmann products and have been happy with them. I have read other post that they have excellent customer service which appears to still be the case. When it was working it makes for simplified brew day. Can't wait to get it back.

Glad to hear it. Only downside is if you had a brew day planned already and have to push it back.. If that's the case, Blichmann should be providing some beer as well
