I have a 42 gallon Blichmann Fermenter. New lid gasket and new clamp. I put 5lbs of CO2 pressure in the tank and gas leaks from the clamp. I’ve tried for hours and can’t get a seal.
I confirmed the gasket is on correctly per instruction.
Thoughts?

I know a few pros who use Blichmann "extension" fermenters for pilot/small batches. They all say that the middle gasket design leaks when under pressure. I'm not so sure this is something you can fix.
