I currently kegged two beers for a competition in about 3 weeks...one a Best Bitter and another a Blonde Ale. The Best Bitter is currently at 6 PSI @ 38° for ~2.0 volumes and the Blonde is currently at 11 PSI @ 38° for ~2.5 volumes.
When using a Blichmann Beer Gun, should I raise the PSI in anticipation of losing some carbonation when filling the bottles? Anyone use the Beer Gun a lot and have some historical data?
