So reading this book. Home Breermaking - The Beginners Guidbook. And came across a receipe for a Black Cherry Wheat.

6lbs. Wheat malt extract

1 oz. Hallertau or Saaz Hop pellets (4AAU)

1/4 oz. hallertau or saaz hops (1 AAU)

3qrts Black Cherry Juice

1 pack liquid ale yeast (or dry ale yeat)

1/4 oz corn suger.

Now my question being this will be my third batch. First batch without using a kit. I don't have to do any mashing with this right? This receipe sounds good and simple. Is it as easy as it sounds? Also if so what would you guys tweek to this receipe and if so why?

6# of extract, and no other grains, so definitely no mashing involved!
how big of a batch is this recipe?
