I'm looking at starting an AG biere de garde using Wyeast 3711 (french saison). I think it's too cold in my house (72F) to throw in the belgian 3724. Am I on the right track?
 
I'm definitely winging this so bare with me!
pilsen (2 row) ~50% of grains
wheat malt ~ 20%
Munich malt ~ 15%
Caramel malt ~ 5%
Aromatic malt ~ 5%
Flaked oats ~ 5%

Fuggle- 2oz - 60 min
Saaz- 0.5oz - 20 min
Saaz- 0.5oz - 5 min
Lemon peel - 5 min
Lemon verbena - 5 min

Wyeast 3711
