Tried and true ESB, or experimental recipe?
It was a traditional ESB. A 3 gallon batch.
- 6.6 lb. of Maris Otter
- .15 lbs of C-20L
- .15 lbs of C-60L
- .15 lbs of Special Roast
- .5 oz of East Kent Goldings at (60) (20) (5)
Lallemand Kveik Ale Yeast.
