I want to get my brewing out of the kitchen.
I am definitely going BIAB and electric.

I think PID makes the most sense.
I plan on controlling my March pump manually.
I plan on recirculating during mash with thermocouple at kettle exit.

Feel free to critique my plans and wiring diagram.

I just doublechecked the 2362 currently for sale works with AC power. Are there any features that people like about the 2352 that the 2362 doesn't have? 2362 seems like more features for a couple bucks cheaper. Just questioning if I missed something.

You lose the fuzzy logic with the 2362. Apparently that is the advantage with the 2352. More accurate, less trouble controlling temperature overshoot.

Fuzzy logic will "learn" as it is running and minimize your temperature over/undershoot.

I think fuzzy logic is something I want. I will go with the 2352.
Thanks for all the help.
