Smells good

Looks good. I was able to brew one batch in the kitchen and the SWMBO told me to get out.

I brew in the garage now. :)

Lol. Swmbo was busy with PTA stuff all morning that's how I got away with it

And done

Woke up this morning to an awful rotten egg smell coming from the airlock. After furiously searching the forum I relaxed after realizing its normal for here yeast :)

I came home when mine started fermenting and immediately looked for a present the dog left me but to my surprise it was my hefe and I thought to myself this has got to taste awsome since it smells so bad and sure enough it was awsome! when I bottled it looked like it was watered down but really turned out great getting ready to brew another tomorrow all grain in my new brewstand.

Temp is 69-70. No more smell as of yesterday. No activity on airlock either. Just gonna have to wait now. Might do an ESB I have so I'll have plenty of beer on hand for the beginning of summer

I brewed another Hefe yesterday and I had steady airlock activity this morning and now its 9:30 pm and its starting to smell like poo poo lol

Just got this one into a keg. It's gonna sit at room temp for a few days til I can get my spare fridge up and running
