I am strongly considering brewing an imperial stout my next go (may 20th). I have been searching and have found an overwhelming number of recipes..

What has been your favorite, and can you post the recipe? I am partial to the chocolatey ones (Foothills Sexual Chocolate, Southern Tier Choklat/Creme Brulee come to mind) but I am interested in anything.

Thanks!

This is for a reiterated mash, but if you mash tun is big enough, go for it.

The yeast can also be changed to something of your own liking.

( PS: the BLACKSWAEN©COFFEE EBC 685 is the one from here: https://www.themaltmiller.co.uk/index.php?_a=viewProd&productId=1392 )

I have one I brewed three times now and am only able to drink this last one (long story including divorce and lack of time). I just brewed it a week ago, so it's not quite finished but tastes amazing in the fermenter, as the last two have as well. It has some nice chocolate notes with a definite coffee presence. It also comes in at a mere 10.5%. I don't have the recipe on me right now, but if you're interested, let me know.
